I am Just Another Mouse
I am not:
- An attorney
- A paralegal
- In law enforcement
- In the judiciary
Anything I offer on this site you are free to use, don’t use, ponder, argue about, postulate on the meaning of it all, or ignore it. These are just thoughts, ideas and tools that just might help.
I am also:
- Not anti-government in any way. Government in all it’s form has a very valid and valuable place in all democracies.
- Pro law enforcement. I’ve known too many good ones doing too many good things.
- Respectful of the Judiciary, even when I wholly disagree with one or all within it. Again another valid piece of any government.
I guarantee: Nothing
- What I offer up here are opinions, ideas, and possible tools.
- I don’t guarantee that anything here will help anyone in any way. I wish I could, but no one can. Like Vegas, in the American Judicial System, there is no foolproof winning hand.
But that being said:
- The system is broke.
- The system needs an overhaul.
- The good people need to be rewarded and encouraged to continue to serve.
- The bad apples need to rooted out and shown the door.
And the main key is:
The Constitution needs to be understood to reflect what are the rights of all men (and women) throughout their lives, even in the worst of times, even in their worst of actions.
